INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 cup Corn meal
1 1/2 cup Milk
4 Tbsp Shortening - melted
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Flour - white
2 ea Eggs - well beaten
2 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Baking powder
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Stir all together. Pour in baking pan. Brush top with melted butter
and bake in moderate oven 25 minutes.
Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
