  13.        2        cup   Corn meal                                         
  14.        1 1/2    cup   Milk                                              
  15.        4        Tbsp  Shortening - melted                               
  16.        1        tsp   Salt                                              
  17.        1        cup   Flour - white                                     
  18.        2        ea    Eggs - well beaten                                
  19.        2        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  20.        3        Tbsp  Baking powder

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Stir all together. Pour in baking pan. Brush top with melted butter   
  25.     and bake in moderate oven 25 minutes.

  27.     Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
