  13.        1        cup   Flour - white                                     
  14.        3/4      cup   Corn meal                                         
  15.        4        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  16.        3        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  17.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  18.        1        ea    Egg                                               
  19.        1        cup   Milk                                              
  20.        3        Tbsp  Butter - melted

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Mix flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a     
  25.     bowl. Pour egg and milk mixture in bowl, beat until well mixed, add   
  26.     melted butter, beat again and pour into well greased pan.             
  27.                                                                           
  28.     Note: Not time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F    
  29.     oven and bake until edges just brown. Corn bread is wonderful baked in
  30.     a cast iron skillet!
