  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        cup   Flour - whole wheat                               
  14.        1        cup   Corn meal                                         
  15.        1        cup   Flour - white                                     
  16.        3/4      cup   Molasses                                          
  17.        2        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  18.        1        ea    Egg                                               
  19.        1        tsp   Salt                                              
  20.        2        tsp   Baking soda                                       
  21.        2        cup   Milk - sour - thick                               
  22.        1        cup   Raisins

  24.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  26.     Mix or sift dry ingredients, add beaten egg, melted butter, molasses  
  27.     and sour milk. Pour in buttered mold, steam 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Remove  
  28.     from tins, brown  in oven for 10 minutes. I use 1 lb. baking powder   
  29.     cans for molds when using bread for sandwiches.
