  14.                  the source of those horrible noises.
  15.    20-35         Frightened by loud noises to the point of cowering and
  16.                  wetting oneself.
  17.    36-54         Disgusted by anything sticky and will go to ANY length
  18.                  to avoid touching it.
  19.    55-75         Obsessed with cleanliness and must clean up any area
  20.                  he/she is at for more than a few minutes.
  21.    76-88         Loves to be dominated; will always obey any forceful
  22.                  command, until a new command intervenes.
  23.    89-90         Easily confuses any complex orders or task with more than
  24.                  one or two steps, getting things out of order or
  25.                  forgetting parts entirely.
  26.    91-00         Intimidated by spoken language; cannot speak meaningful
  27.                  sentences (mus use sign language or written communication);
  28.                  has difficulty understanding long sentences.

  69.    01-15   Paranoid - everyone is untrustable. All are out to get you.
  70.    16-40   Manic Depressive - Alternates from severe depression (-5%
  71.            on all skills) with manic (Everything is wonderful! +5% on
  72.            all skills). 30% chance of Alcholism as well.
  73.    41-50   Mild Schizophrenia - passive and easily frightened; hears
  74.            voices telling all sorts of weird things and believing them
  75.            50% chance of alcholism or drug addiction too.
  76.    51-70   Multiple Personalities share this body. 1d10 of such are
  77.            possesed. All have their own Phobia and Neuroisis roll as
  78.            well! (Ignore this result if rolled for a personality!)
  79.    71-85   Mindless agression when frustrated or upset roll vs INT or
  80.            go beserk lashing out at everyone until confined for 3 rnds
  81.            or more.
  82.    86-90   Hysterical Blindness when under pressure - sight is lost
  83.            until pressure is removed. Roll vs INT to save to prevent
  84.            happening.
  85.    91-00   Hysterics under stress - character becomes a raving looney!
  86.            Runs around shouting incoherently, achieves nothing until 
  87.            restrained for 5 rounds or calmed in some way.
