TITLE: "ERROR:Printer Busy" Occurs While Printing
PRODUCT: Ami Pro 2.0

PROBLEM:
During the process of printing, the message "ERROR:Printer Busy" appears.
After OK is chosen, the message "Cannot find a printer driver. Formatting for
for the screen" appears.
SOLUTION:
The above error may occur when Ami Pro's background printing and flow in
background options are enabled while printing to the PowerPak version 1.2
printer driver. Disabling these Ami Pro options generally eliminates the
error.
HOW TO DISABLE THE PRINT IN BACKGROUND AND FLOW IN BACKGROUND OPTIONS
1. Load Ami Pro.
2. Choose Tools / User Setup.
3. Choose Options.
4. Remove the X from the Speed Option, Print in background.
5. Remove the X from the Speed Option, Flow in background.
6. Choose OK.
7. Choose OK.
8. Reprint the Ami Pro document to the PowerPak driver.
