  7.     It's election season, and more and more American
  8. politicians are making "fact-finding trips" to Moscow, hoping
  9. to bring home an 8-by-10 glossy of their huddle with Boris
  10. Yeltsin. With as many as a dozen Congressmen showing up every
  11. week, Yeltsin and his staff have asked American Ambassador BOB
  12. STRAUSS to help slow the tide. The Russians say they're
  13. overwhelmed with too many urgent problems to spend so much time
  14. chewing the fat in what amounts to photo ops for the Yanks.
