  10.         <P>Since version 1.56 you can cut with Cuttermaran at EVERY Point in the video 
  11.             stream. There will be generated one new GOP at the cut point. The video will 
  12.             not be encoded new. To enable the funcionalitity you must regard the following

  17.             TMPGEnc must be installed on your system. For 30 days the trial version will 
  18.             work fine. After this period you can encode MPEG1 only.

  21.             have, there is a testvideo you can call from your "start menu". A YV12 codec is 
  22.             included in the current DivX version if you are searching for.

  25.             set the path to the TMPGEnc.exe.
