  2. DATA VIEW MENU HELP

  5. Data View Menu Items are used to position the record and perform
  6. database operations.
  7.

  9. Find                                              Amiga F
  10. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
  11.  
  12. Displays Records that match a certain criteria.  Find starts at the
  13. top of the database and locates the first match.  To see the next
  14. match, use the down Arrow Key.  The up Arrow Key is used to see a
  15. previous matching Record.  Press [Esc] to exit Find mode.

  18. Delete Record
  19. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  21. Delete removes the current record from the Worksheet.  Once a record
  22. is removed, all records below it are moved up one Row and a blank 
  23. record is inserted at the bottom.  A Requester verifies the
  24. deletion.

  27. Add Record                                         Amiga A
  28. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  30. Add includes an additional row at the end of the database range.
  31. The range size is modified to include this row and the new row
  32. is made the current record.

  59. Reorders Records of Database based on a defined Criteria.  The
  60. Criteria typically takes the form of Field Names in the first
  61. Row of the Criteria Range.  The second Row has numbers that tell
  62. MaxiPlan what order to sort the Fields.  For example, to sort a
  63. phone list by last name, then first name, put a 2 in the last name
  64. Field and a 1 in the first name Field.
