  2. COMMANDS MENU HELP
  3. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  5. The Commands Menu allows specific actions like movement of the
  6. Active Cell, calculation order, insertion or deletion of Rows and
  7. Columns, filling in of data over selected Ranges and Easy Sort.
  8.

  10. Select                                            
  11. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
  12.  
  13. Use Select to reposition the worksheet at a specified location.
  14.  
  15. All Cells - selects all Cells between A1 and the rightmost,
  16. bottommost cell containing data.  The window is repositioned with
  17. A1 in the upper left corner.
  18.  
  19. Last Cell -  selects the cell in the rightmost, bottommost position
  20. which contains data, and positions that Cell in the upper left
  21. corner of the window.

  23. Active Cell - positions the display so that the currently selected
  24. Cell is in the upper left corner of the display.
  25.  
  26. Specify Location - displays a requester into which you can type
  27. the Column/Row location of any Cell in the worksheet.  This
  28. display will position with this Cell in the top left corner.
  29.  
  30. Specify Name - displays the Name requester so you may select
  31. a Cell location by Range Name.

  34. Calculate                                             
  35. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
  36.  
  37. Dictates the timing of recalculations.  Calculations can occur as:
  38.  
  39.    Automatic - the entire Worksheet recalculates each time any Cell
  40.                is modified.
  41.  
  42.    Manual    - the Worksheet is recalculated only when the
  43.                Calculate Now Menu Item is selected.
  44.  
  45.    Now       - causes immediate recalculation when evoked.
  46.                Also accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with = key.

  49. Cell Note                                          
  50. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  52. Add is used to either specify or modify 5 lines of Text for a Cell
  53. Note which may be either spoken, written or both.
  54.  
  55. Erase allows the deletion of an existing note.

  59. Insert/Delete                                      
  60. --------------------------------------------------------------------
  61.  
  62. Insert allows insertion of either one or a multiple of Rows and
  63. Columns.  Blank Rows are inserted above the Active Cell in any
  64. Column while blank Columns are inserted to the left in Row.
  65.  
  66. Delete can remove either single or multiple selected Rows or Columns.
  67. MaxiPlan  will respond with a Requester asking you to confirm any
  68. Row or Column deletions.  Deletion will remove all data and formats
  69. in the deleted Rows and Columns.  Thus any Cell References to the
  70. deleted Rows or Columns may result in an error in calculations.

  73. Fill                                              
  74. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  76. Fill Down copies all information from the top Row of the selected
  77. Range to all other Rows in the Range.  Formulas containing Relative
  78. Cell References are adjusted.  Labels and values are simply copied.
  79. Absolute Cell References may have to be adjusted.

  81. Fill Down is also accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with D
  82.  
  83. Fill Right copies all information from the left most Column of the
  84. selected Range to all other Columns in the Range.  Relative Cell
  85. References, labels and values are handled as in Fill Down.  Absolute
  86. Cell References may have to be adjusted.

  88. Fill Right is also accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with R

  91. Read Range                                        
  92. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  94. Amiga's voice will recite data entries in a selected Range.
  95. Used to proof read data entries against a source document.

  98. Easy Sort                                         
  99. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  101. This is used to sort the Rows of a selected Range in ascending or 
  102. descending order based on the contents in the Cells of the first
  103. left most Column of the selected Range.

  106. Perform Form Feed                                         
  107. --------------------------------------------------------------------
  108.  
  109. Causes the printer to advance its paper to the top of the next page.
