  1.                        DELETE

  3. This facility allows you to remove Money and Index accounts from the
  4. accounts menu and from the active !Pennies accounts list. It will also
  5. remove the file from the normal file structure and copy it into a
  6. special directory from where you can delete it at will or use it as an
  7. archive account. The file will be stored as a 'Squashed' file - see
  8. ARCHIVE help for further information.

  10. SELECT

  12. Select an account from the normal accounts menu by clicking menu over
  13. the empty entry box. The text above will change before anything
  14. happens.

  16. CLEAR
  17.  
  18. Clicking on Clear will clear the entry and take the window back to
  19. it's original state.

  21. DELETE
  22.  
  23. Clicking over the 'Delete' button will start the process. The account
  24. file will be moved into the 'oldpennies' directory, which is inside
  25. the active 'data' directory, and Squashed. Once this has been done the
  26. window text will confirm this has taken place. You can now close the
  27. window.

  29. FIXED ACCOUNTS

  31. These cannot be deleted
