  4. This window lists all the individual accounts used in the sum
  5. calculations and then displays the dates and balances computed through
  6. the period. A control panel sits at the top from which options are
  7. selected.

  9. CONTROL PANEL
  10.  
  11. Initial Balance Options - This option will initially be set to
  12. 'Actual' for new Sum accounts, in this state the actual balances are
  13. shown. If 'Null' is selected then the balances are reset to the
  14. difference from the initial balance, the first balance figure is thus
  15. set to zero. The option selected is automatically used to save the Sum
  16. account and it will be used in the Graph facility in this state. This
  17. option can be toggled between the 2 states at any time. When an
  18. existing Sum account is loaded the buttons reflect the stored state of
  19. the Sum account.

  22. 'Print' will print the Sum account in table form with the accounts
  23. listed at the top and the dates and balances below. The balances used
  24. are those shown at the time appropriate to the setting of the Actual
  25. and Null buttons.

  27. 'New' closes the window and opens the original SUM window with no data
  28. entered
