  8.     SURVIVOR is a mutual support echo for people who are experiencing or
  9.     who have an interest in adversity.  The content of the echo may be
  10.     quite varied, but all material must have some bearing on surviving
  11.     adversity.

  13.     We participate in SURVIVOR to share our experiences and our insights
  14.     so that we can grow and learn together, therefore we maintain a
  15.     supportive environment in this echo.

  17.     We recognize the right and responsibility of the individual to make
  18.     his or her own choices, and we respect one another's point of view.

  20.     No participants will be included or excluded on the basis of their
  21.     vital statistics, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, medical history,
  22.     and/or sexual preferences.

  24.     Sex, religion, and politics are off topic except by prior arrangment
  25.     with the moderators.

  27.     No form of proselytizing is allowed, including (but not limited to)
