  7. Rules Huh?  Who needs rules here?  Instead lets play nice and have
  8. Guidelines! Yes, what a concept!
  9. Just what you think: A place for FUNNY Jokes and Stories, a place to 
  10. sit back and have fun.  Remember, Humourous things are FUNNY!
  11. The main guideline is simple:  HAVE FUN!  Most of us can handle that
  12. can't you?  ;-)  This echo is rated PG-13  as there may be mature jokes
  13. posted, that does not mean that FUNNY is a 'R' or 'X' rated echo.

  16. 1.  Have FUN and play nice!!  
  17. 2.  Keep the obscene language in check.
  18. 3.  No Flames! They are counter productive for everyone. If you 
  19.     want to flame someone, join the FLAME echo.
  20. 4.  No OFF-TOPIC messages. Do NOT post them, Do NOT REPLY to them, 
  21.     take it to netmail please. IF you don't have NETMAIL ability please
  22.     ask your SySop about it.  When the MODERATOR or CO-MODERATOR(S) says
  23.     a topic is "OFF-LIMITS"   No more posts on that topic are allowed.
  24. 5.  If you post a Joke/riddle, Please post the answer in same or a next
  25.     msg.
  26. 6.  The topic of this echo is FUNNY Jokes and Stories.  Please, let us
  27.     keep on topic. A FUNNY Joke or Story must be posted with every single 
  28.     post.  USE NETMAIL TO DISCUSS everything else.  
  29. 7.  There is no Guideline number seven.  But if I need to add one, this is
  30.     where I'd add it.
  31. 8.  No excessive quoting please, some is OK but keep it simple, to about 
  32.     three lines.
  33. 9.  Aliases and Handles are allowed within reason.  Do not "HIDE" behind 
  34.     one, as your  SySop hnows who you really are, so don't go Berserk.
  35.     If you use this feature please netmail or e-mail the moderator of 
  36.     this echo with your real name, for her/his personal file updates.
  37.     Failure to do so, may cause you to loose your access here.
  38. 10. Taglines are allowed here.
  39. 11. Do not reply or post to 'Test Messages'.  These messages are only for
  40.     system operators and moderators.
  41. 12. No BBS ADS postings, or any other ADs postings.  Use the echo called
  42.     BBS-ADS echo or appropriate echo for that.
  43. 13. Please leave the MODERATION to the MODERATOR and CO-Moderator.
  44. 14. No Idle Chit-CHat please. This includes NO carbon copies of same jokes,
  45.     to several users in the same echo. Send these chit chat notes and carbon
  46.     copies through netmail.

  48.     The Moderator wishes you to be mindful of the fact that just because 
  49.     you may not see corrective action being taken in public concerning
  50.     glaring guideline violations does not mean that some form of amateur
  51.     proctology is not being performed, in netmail where it belongs.
  52.     Excessive violations will insure your access to this echo being cut.
  53.     And that means that the system you obtain this access from may also
  54.     loose the fidonet abilities, that it has enjoyed. So think before
  55.     you act.

  57.     These "Guidelines' will be posted about twice or more per month, 
  58.     around the first and 15th of each month.

  61.     to be a declaration of your intent to abide by these and any other
