  42.    debate (there is an ANIMAL_RIGHTS echo -- take it there).
  43.    Suffice it to say that the "animal rights" people are
  44.    opposed to ALL pet ownership, and as such, are hostile
  45.    to those of us who dearly love our pets and are TRULY
  46.    concerned about fighting animal abuse. With that in mind,
  47.    it is OK, within reason, to explain to new folks WHY we
  48.    are not in agreement with the "animal rights" people --
  49.    but debating the issue should be avoided...
