  25. Yo peeps! Eh... hello? Is anybody out there...? Silence,  I am listening to the 
  26. deep silence! Gosh, what da hell happened to most of my scene friends  around?! 
  27. They seem not only to be silent but... invisible as well! 
  28.  
  29. This article was inspired mainly by last summer. I don't know about the weather
  30. abroad, but we've had one of the most sunny and longest summers in Poland for a
  31. long time. Beaches got crowded,  you  could  watch  the  sun-hungry  bodies  of 
  32. various beauties, drink countless cold beers  and  forget  for  a  while  about
  33. everything what was on your mind until this moment.
  34.  
  35. This year most of us spent some more time  on  enjoying  the  summer  charms...
  36. Forgetting about our passion... We witnessed the most silent Atari summer ever.
  37. Where are these lovely days when we could expect  various  releases  from  such
  38. parties as  "Place  to  be"  in  France?  "QuaST  party"  in  Poland?  Or  even
  39. "Unconventional" which previously gave us some prods as well...? Not to mention
  40. non-party releases..

  42. I wish I could turn back time...
  43.  
  44. Nowadays our scene seems to be sleeping deeply... And  we  must  close ranks to 
  45. change this situation! How? Just ask yourself a  question  "Is  there  anything
  46. I could do for the Atari scene"? I am  sure  you  will  find  an  answer... But
  47. please don't give up, answering "I can't do anything"... because it's a lie! If
  48. you are not a coder, musician or even a graphician, take a look around to  find
  49. the diskmag you could support with your article! I'm sure you could  cope  with
  50. it without big problems. You can choose between Undercover, Alive! or Chosneck.
  51. Every editor will welcome you with wide open arms, even if you decide  to  send
  52. just a single article...

  54. Let's think about the future already. Don't forget  that  another  year  brings
  55. another summer. And with some luck this one could be much happier for us thanks
  56. to such happenings like QuaST Party 2003 in Poland! While I am here I would  to
  57. appeal to all my friends from the polish Atari scene - let's try  to  resurrect
  58. our fame! QuaST parties always brought interesting prods for each Atari  system
  59. which worked towards our respect abroad!

  61. I really believe that our scene  which  gathers  such  a  cool  peeps  is  only
  62. *SLEEPING* these days. If you do care about our future - help your friends  to
  63. wake it up! Don't be only the passive observer! Become the participant  of  the
  64. scene life!
