Sad to say, it's kind of hard to get a hold of their music outside of Turkey. The Ecstatic Peace! release is really the only thing available in the States and elsewhere at the moment. EP actually offered to release more of their material here but the band has been slow to get back
to them. If you do run across anything else by them, snap it and you'll be happy- they have about three or four other releases out. You might try to contact one of the labels that they've dealt with in Istanbul to see if they have anything else still in print available:

Be in Vienna, Austria this week, Thu night - Sun morning. Any interesting
musical events I should know about? Or chummy listers that want to point me
to a cool bar or something? Sorry for short notice.

Efzeg is playing B72 Thursday night (www.b72.at). they're one of the most
exciting bands in the Vienna/Durian scene, Martin Siewert, Burkhard Stangl,
Boris Hauf, dieb 13, w/ live video manipulation by Billy Roisz. if you go,
please convey my regards to Burkhard if you have a chance, and tell him I'll
see him in Berlin next month at Christof's festival.
for those of you not in Vienna, I just got Efzeg a show on October 24 at
Tonic, along with two other exciting projects from the Durian crew. more
details on the Tonic site...

Aah, Barry Adamson!!!
Apart from the fact that there isn=B4t a dull moment on any of his =
albums, has anyone on the list heard his first album "Moss Side Story"? =
This is essential listening to anyone who=B4s into Spillane, the =
resemblance is striking...

On digest, so maybe haven't seen any responses, but I found a listing for a
Charizma concert featuring Efzeg tomorrow night. Anyone going? It's at
B72 - is that easy to get to from the center? When do shows usually start?
(since i'm on digest, please group reply for direct email)

hello
Has anybody heard the new Ruins CD on Tzadik?? I have seen they live a
couple of times and they have always been incredible. Probably one of the
best live bands around.
They are touring Europe soon, if you have the chance to see them, don't miss
