Listening to the latest Collectors' Club item reminds me that we'd have
to get David Cross back...
Looking at the list reminds me of one odd instance where Lake sat in
for Wetton, in the "Asia in Asia" concert (yes, I skipped work that
night and a gaggle of us gathered at the house of the only one in our
crowd who had cable yet) when Wetton was not in the band for some
reason. IIRC, it was a bit of a strain, since most of the tunes were
a bit too high in Lake's range, but otherwise a good match.
