I'd agree with Jon that the Takayanagi Masayuki and Toho Sara very good.
I'd suggest _tokyo flashback vol 1_ as the must have non-Fushitsusha
release from PSF, at least for psych guitar rock. Killer tracks from much
of the labels early lineup.
Keep in mind I've actually heard only something less than 10% of the labels
output however.
And just in case you don't know, the Ghosts are available from Drag City
currently and are certainly worth the domestic price.

The best scratching record I've heard is the new DJ Disk, _Ancient Termites_,
who is indeed one of the aforementioned Pickles. The other semi-recent hip-hop
record I'd recommend is the Genius/GZA record, _Liquid Swords_, which is
easily my favorite of the Wu-Tang stuff, including their two group records.
