Subject: (mobility) a visit to Scott's hometown
Hey all-
So I leave for a week and everyone is at each other's throats.... "Like sand through the hourglass, so are the letters to mobility." A decadent soap opera indeed.
Anyway- I went to visit Scott for a couple of nights of pub crawling and general hoodwinkery. I tried to extract as much information from him as possible, but talk of the tour grew boring to both parties as the festive giddiness of Yuengling Lager set in. According to Scott, New Year's Eve in Scotland is the last official stop of the Play tour. It has been 18 months and everyone is tired. Not unhappy, Scott stressed, but just out of gas. He suspects they will play a couple "weekend gigs" in western europe and around these great United States, but that's about the extent. I inquired about the Moby-palooza plan for the summer; Scott said that it's still in the bar-napkin-sketch stage of it's inception, mostly because Moby wants to put out another record as soon as he can. Estimated time: 1 Year. (Very rough estimate) I know people asked other questions, but he wanted rather to talk about other things. And, quite frankly, I managed to forget a good number of them as the vol!
umes of lager increased. For this, I am sorry.
Well, two more shows to go and it's official.
Thank God I get my drummer back.(This has been a long 18 months.)
Joseph
ps Don't ask where he lives. I was blindfolded and taken there in a van.

I was gonna buy my friend the movie Groove on DVD for her birthday. Any
thoughts on how good/bad/indifferent it is? Also, I remember hearing about
another movie similar to Groove and/or the electronic/rave scene, only it's
supposed to be a better movie and has a better soundtrack. Does this ring a
