Actually, you guys should remember that when on a discussion list, it is=
alright for things to occasionally go off-topic. Plus, Moby often posts=
messages that are non-Moby related, and politically oriented himself.=
It's all about discussing things, based on Moby primarily, of course, but=
these political discussions and whatnot certainly do involve Moby...
I love having a bit of flavor in our list discussions, just please people,=
if you want to discuss things, pay attention to the discussion rather than=
constantly asking the same questions about that subject over and over and=
over again... as Mark said, there are indeed ways to "reply to sender"

Subject: Re: (mobility) Elections
I disagree with Moby very strongly.
I will vote for Ralph Nader.
I won't be scared into voting for somebody, and I won't settle for the
lesser of two evils. I still get evil. Nader won't win this time, but if I
endorse something I don't believe in this election, I'll get the same thing
next time.
Most people are afraid of Bush because of Supreme Court nominations.
Democrats don't want more conservative justices like Anton Scalia and
Clarence Thomas. They're worried about Roe vs. Wade. Well, Gore was in favor
of both of those justices, both of whom are very conservative. That
complicates things a bit.
NAFTA and the WTO have been damaging to labor. Labor has long been a support
base of Democrats, but they've been moving towards the right. They raise
huge sums of money from the same contributors as the Republicans, an the
Democratic Leadership Council, which is the contrlling faction among
Democrats, (which includes Gore) is a faction that has encouraged the drift
towards the center that has left many liberals in the dust. I won't settle
for the crumbs Al Gore dishes out, or even a piece of the pie. I want a new
pie.
Social issues? The Democrats tout Affirmative action but their Welfare
Reform Act has hurt the poor more than AA has helped. I don't have the stats
in front of me, but this isn't the proper place for such a debate anyways. I
just feel, as a Moby fan, that I need to say something.
If anybody wants to discuss any of this, come visit the message boards at
www.michaelmoore.com or nader2000.org.
That's where I'll be.
(back to lurk)

Just got this from moby-online.com:
(about southside)
>This CD single will be sold separately starting November 7th. There will be
a CD5 available as well,
>on November 28th. It will feature mixes by Pete Heller and Hybrid.
So the Nov 7 version will only have 2 tracks (like listed at amazon.com),
and the Nov 28 one some cool mixes! Still a rip-off, but a lot better than
just the 2-track :)
Due to many hard&software setbacks my moby ftp won't be up until at least
the end
of next week, please bear with me. Also I can't make it a public one due to
limited
traffic permission (damn!) so hope I'll send you an e-mail with the login
info.
Don't get me wrong, I really wanted to make it public, but my ISP is in the
way...
I'll keep y'all posted.

YOU know the singles and remixes from Everthing is Wrong are much better

all at once.
Therefore, Democrats are requested to vote on Tuesday, November 7,

The gov't's efforts to make things fair for everyone tends to make it
