Yes, One is the promotional copy and the other is
the retail version. i don't remember which is
which, but the promo is the more rare of the two.

Why not get them both? :)
But if you're into metal CDMute184 would be the best pick...

Hey folks, I need the advice of online rare cd finders... I'm trying to
find a copy of Dusted's Deeper River single and anything else that was done
under that name, but the only place I have found it is German Music Express
which I have had problems with in the past. Action doesn't have it and none
of the mainstream stores have it in stock... Anyone know where else I might
be able to find a copy... pretty peas?

I saw the video for Nine Inch Nails' "Starsucker" (yup... the song is really
called "Starfucker... why on a double album they would choose to release the
song called starfucker for radio and MTV is beyond me).
On part has me puzzled... I think there is a picture of Moby. Trent Reznor
is throwing balls at a carnival game... the targets are all white glass
plates with pictures of celebrities. I think, but am not sure, that one of
the plates was Moby. It is either him or some other bald skinny white guy
(Micheal Stipe?).
I am wondering if anybody else on this list thinks that it is him...

Because Starfuckers was already getting airplay as a bside on the day the
world went away single...and obviously starfuckers is a cool song because it
deals with all the rock icons of the day and the vocal programming is
spectacular. No moby is not in the video, it is michael stipe, billy
corgan, marilyn manson, gene simmons, and trent reznor himself.
By the way the radio and video was renamed Starsuckers and it has lyrics
changed for it also.
It's a perfect single.

Have you tried 101cd.com? They have it listed there but it could be an out
of stock item.
So far "Deeper River" is the only commercially available item from Dusted
BUT Dusted
has their first ever CD coming out in June called "When We Were Young".
Dusted is actually another pseudonym project for producer/remixer
extraordinaire Rollo. The Dusted CD is his latest project as he takes a
break from Faithless.
I have a promo vinyl of 2 tracks from the CD and love it, very relaxing
stuff, rather downbeat instrumental.
