in all honesty.
it totally sucked. it was short as hell.
and there were so many pointless questions..
fav color.. who are you? are you prince?
things like that.
maybe im just bitter cuz my question was asked to him, but oh well.
really was a waste of time though.

It was really sad. They asked his favorite color/food. I asked so many good
questions that didn't get asked but "are you Prince?" got asked. Somebody
over there has a sense of humor. :)-Kelly

i tried to get two questions asked.
one was kinda personal.. I gave him a cd of mine when i saw him in tampa and
just wondered if he took a listen.
the other was does he still buy new music equipment, if so what was his last
purchase or is he just happy with his current setup..
i at least thought they were better than your fav food and color crap. if i
were moby i'd go insane, cuz im sure he's been asked that many times with
all these online chats. It seemed like half the people there didn't know
who he was but yet they still chose to ask questions.
oh well.
dont mind me

one other note.
i think moby might have actually been annoyed at times.
because alot of his answers were sarcastic.. not sarcastic to serious
questions but like the color/food thing.
he said his favorite color was cat and food was green.
peace out!

I think so too. He also said something along the lines of an alien spaceship
coming down and giving them candy on the set for Natural Blues. I don't
think they "got" it. -Kelly

Yeah, basically sucked. Although I did get my question answered : ) I tried to get a transcript of it but people kept talking while moby was answering questions so there was a lot of jibberish in between the important stuff.
On another note, they've been playing Porcelain so much on the San Francisco 'modern rock' station. It will be like Limp Bizkit then Moby then Korn. It's weird, but good, in my opinion.

Yes I was so excited when I heard this. He was at this same festival last year when I was there and I didn't even like him then. I remember saying something like, oh its Moby, lets get food. But anyway, I found the set list interesting:
MainStage
Cypress Hill
Everclear
Godsmack
Limp Bizkit
Moby
Offspring
Stone Temple Pilots (yea!)
Third Eye Blind
'Dysfunctional Stage'
Incubus
Papa Roach
POD
Power Man 5000
Slipknot
Staind
The third stage will have local bands that haven't been announced yet.
I think he seems a little out of place, but who cares? I'm excited, I don't know if I can go yet though. Ugh, I hate shoreline.
