I did NOT even consider letting her go. She snuck out with a much older crowd
who were NOT looking out for her best interest to say the least. So we
tracked her down and brought her home....I am sure it wasn't the highlight
for her to look up and see mom and dad telling her it's time to go home. It
surely wasn't easy for us.
As far as being a cool mom.... I just want to be a smart/good mom. We just
happen to like alot of the same music and clothes and things like that. I
don't feel the gap with my girls like I did with my mom. I laugh to imagine a
concert with MY mom. She's a great mom but thats quite a stretch!! BUT!! She
LOVES Novio by Moby (keeping the theme here),Love Theme and I think secretly
she likes Bodyrock. (-: So there IS hope!
hey..have a great weekend!!! ( my 17 yr old is named courtney )

Don't know how many people have heard this, but Moby and Bush were to be
playing here in Tucson on April 24th. The concert was cancelled by Bush, no
real reason given (may be because he collapsed). Depressing news... no
Moby... that is until the radio station here announces that he's going to
do a concert on Monday, the 24th by himself... free to the first 100 ppl
that sign up on the website!!!
He's such a sweetie! He could've easily just taken touring off for a bit,
but he's going to do his own concert! :)
Naturally, I entered the concert on the website. Crossing my fingers to see
if I win.

Subject: (mobility) Gingerbread Man/Thanks story (and THE PLAYLIST!)
first off, on my show "Chester's Blanket Fort" i
played an hour of Moby, and 1ne of the things i played
was "Everytime You Touch Me" from the Thanks cd, the
Gingerbread mix. i got a few calls wondering "what was
that!?!?" 1ne of em was like what was that feel like
im being reborn song? so i sadly had to tell her that
you cant buy that version, but you could buy the
actual versions on EIW etc so that might be good. but
this OTHER guy called becuase he heard that "put it to
the left! put it to the right!" part in the
Gingerbread Mix and he was saying that he wanted to
use that in a film for parents of handicapped children
or something becuase the mother was getting "pulled to
the left/pulled to the right" and he wanted to use all
sorts of hip-hop type muzik as the soundtrack.... so
he was wonderig where he could get the RIGHTS to that
track! THE RIGHTS!!! my god! i'm like, leave me alone,
im only 16ixteen this is my first show ever i dont
know anything about rights! and this is an exclusive
version you cant buy in stores! god! but he wouldnt
give up, i had to give him the email and mail adress
of Andrew J Davies that it said on the Thanks cd. i'm
really sorry, i didnt want to do that, hopefully
you've changed those adresses since then. thats just
insane. so sorry if u get all these freaky mails and
