I try to every day of my life. However, I have
no qualms placing judgments on other people if
they are founded. Moreover, this kind of
hypocritical statement somewhat bothers me. It
seems to scream "I'm judging you for judging
Moby." Ugh.

I completely agree. Granted, there wasn't a
whole lot of "same old stuff" that was put out,
but I couldn't enjoy the music I bought last year
anymore. Notably the Chems, Moby, Orbital,
Underworld, and my recent delve into trance.
Great year for me... and I get to see Hawtin on
the 26th!
As for this year so far, everyone should get:
Kozo - Planned Penetration
Luke Vibert/BJ Cole - Stop the Panic
It will be interesting to see what else develops.

I'm sorry if you get the impression that I'm judging you. That is not the
case at all. My statement is not a hypocritical one, given the fact that I
never said that I myself do not pass judgement on people from time to time.
It a simple question.

Then disregard any judgmental statements I've
made earlier. I'm too used to the
"holier-than-thou" types I've run into. However,
the below statement still stands.

Hi Mobiles,
Moby is the big winner for the "Village Voice" annual Pazz and Jop (nope, that's
not a typo) Critics' Poll. There is a fantastic picture of Moby on the cover
this week, so those of you in NYC should be sure to pick one up. Those of you
not in NYC, make nice with the ones that are and maybe they'll pick one up for
you...
Cheers everyone!
Pax,
Scott

Mind you I never said that Moby was living in excess...I was just making a
general response to the person who said "what's wrong with making a lot of
money?" Money is a necessity to life, I dont disagree with that statement,
I have to get by with what I have every day of my life right now. Tuition
aint that cheap these days. Anyways...my point was that money is power, and
power can be used in two different ways, I'm glad to see that Moby is using
it in a good way.

Everyone seems to be a genius now. They all have an answer for everything
and theyre all right! Anyways...as it is, Moby is a good musician, not the
best, but very good.
