i met moby in the train station 2 years ago in nyc,(he was alone and i was
alone which made it even better) and we took the train together and talked
for about 30 minutes!!! how f*cking cool is that?!!! i dont think anyone's
been able to experience that! the whole time i couldnt believe i was face to
face w/ him and almost shit my pants. he was so sweet and humble - he only
talked about himself when i asked him questions and the rest of the time he
was asking me questions. he has a great way of making u feel so important
and comfortable. anyway since then he has remembered me and every show
always plants a kiss on my cheek. during his performance on the tv show
"sessions"(which airs in december on pbs)he even went so far as to say hello
to me in his mic and talked about our encounter on the train to the audience.

Hi everyone, & happy halloween.
Did you see that moby is playing at Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans for
Halloween??
There will be a live web cast at:
http://rollingstone.tunes.com/sections/special/voodoo/
if you click on the moby link at this page, it gives all sorts of info on
moby & his life. It also has a picture of moby-- you have to see this one.
there's more about the concert at:
http://www.voodoomusicfest.com/schedule/index.html
- --michelle
PS: hands!
I just watched my tape of Moby on letterman to see what you guys were
talking about. I can't believe I didn't notice it when I watched as it
aired-- perhaps I was too busy listening. The way he moved his
hands, stroking that microphone pole...soft, sensual-- simply expressing his
emotion..
I already have a fetish for hands, but when they are combined with the
pure
passion he has for his music, I would say they are the sexiest I've ever
seen! (had to say it...)

Moby is best when I'm driving on a beautiful day. It's like a state of
floating or gliding. Beautiful feeling. The scary thing though is that most
techno makes me sleepy. Cept Moby. I know that sounds silly, but I was
listening to a Global Underground cd, with the repetitive songs with nothing
original and I start yawning. Sidebar ~ I think you have a thing with guys
with shaved heads. Live is very cool though. I also float when I listen to
BT. I so wish he and Moby would do something together.

soon?
Damn girl thats where I live!! Honestly it is in New York, where most
think of NYC or Manhattan it is along side it and is pretty large
actually but seeing that your asking about michigan I'm guessing thats
where your from so I guess I can forgive.
Surprised someone was having such a hard time with Energy Records, have
dealt with them in the past and never had a problem.
Also Bart , the vocal sample in Eskimos and Egypt - Regressive mix is
for Fall from Grace it is just speed up and given the brillant Moby
treatment. Also seek out the L12" which has like 3 out of the 4 or so
mixes.
Eskimos and Egypt - Fall from Grace
One Little Indian Records EEF 96X
1.Distressed mix
2.Patient Love Dub (this one is just absoulty beautiful very voodoo
child and the nicest piano riff and only on this release)
4.Regressive mix
Bye for now all Keith
PS - any Orb fans check out this ftp site it is amazing and a God
send ftp://orb:orb@24.1.153.3
NP - CJ Bolland - The Prophet (Hardknox mix) does anyone know anything
else by these guys? really enjoyed them at the Roxy show and this mix
is just brutely amazing (though the dancers on stage where a little to
much) All i know is that there on Skint anything else, someone help?

"Princess" is cheesy track, one of worst track i've ever heard from moby.
"Flying foxes" is great track, and i recommend to get that single just for
that track.. Video is also great:)

get teased alot for my taste in guys and well pretty
much everything..but i try to get other people to be
interested in moby and live..but i feel the same way
