Splash club, ok, to get the CD, this is what you do........
On the album you've got of Play, or andy recent singles, there's an

in the e-mail ask for a catalogue to be sent to you, and ask about the
CD, maybe they've run out, maybe not.

AWESOME SHOW !!!! As I expected. "Next is the E" Was incredible. Moby is the
Man. This is the second time I've seen Moby live and I haven't been
disappointed yet. I missed the autograph signing in the day but I met him
after the show at the After Party at Club Red and he signed my "Play" CD.
YYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH !!!!
Awesome show. The Band also kicked but. The Bass player, percussionist and
drummer were great.

I think this should bring on some interesting opinions
about our favorite little star. Just what direction
do you guys and lovely ladies think Moby will go
in next. Obviously it will be different from PLAY.
I'm thinking Moby approaches his next single and album
with a very soulful mind. Lots of live instruments
such as drums and maybe even horns.

Anyways, as MOBY said in a recent interview, he drinks here and there
and I think he said something about like pot or something but I'm not
sure. I think it's weird how ppl who are doubtful of their own ability
to responsibly consume alchol etc. say that MOBY does not drink either
and MOBY doesn't (insert here). I doubt he's an alcholic or a pot
head. But I also doubt he's a saint. I'm not a saint and I know few
ppl who are.

I always got the impression that he was straight edge, i read a prodigy
book, and they were talking about being on tour with him, and how he would
like stuff rags under the door so the fumes and smoke, etc. wouldn't get
into in room on the bus.
but hey, there's nothing wrong with a little bit, everything in
moderation.
You can't condemn it until you try it, it could be the best thing out

Gangster Rap... no wait, that was Tricky.
I think no matter what we think, he's going to do
something different. He probably monitors this
list to figure out what no one will expect.
Actually, I bet (and there's been some
circumstantial agreement) that he develops what
he feels he wants to.
I would like something with symphony, that would
be interesting. Or perhaps some trance??? :)
More trance for that ass....

Ok when is Moby going to release this song.(Flying Foxes) I just love that
song. Plus I love the title also. Does anyone else notice the sample of Deep
Forest in the background, maybe it's just me, but it does sound like the
sample from that sweet lullaby is it?. Anyway I love it. well that's it from

I was in Virgin on sat. and saw the Why does my heart feel so bad single. it
only had 3 songs on it and said it was made in england. Liars, they just put
that sticker on it so they can charge more because it's an import. I was just
wonder why there was only 3 songs on it. i wish it was more like the
bodyrock single. i think that has at least 8 plus it had a new song on it.
What's up with the 3 song single. I was wonder if the remixes were good too?

after coming home from a club i immediately throw my clothes in the washer

It is made in England. There is no plans to
release a US version yet.

English law requires that any singles that go
out, in order to be sold for single prices,
cannot exceed a certain amount of time, which
gives time for about three songs per single.

What I said in my email was all Humourous and I know that its hard to tell.
What I say is my opinion, and what you say is yours, but essentially we are
both right. So when I said 'are you guys deaf' it was an exaggeration
meaning that hey guys what about Face It. I meant it was my favourite song
on the album and I know it might not be yours. Merely suggesting it in a
funny sought of tone.
Secondly, I don't have to smoke narcotics to enjoy musik, why the fuck did
I have the album in the first place. I love all those songs on that album
smashed or not. It was by accident that I stumbled upon that song while
showing my friend 'Revolver'. When I listen to Face It smashed, I cry,
when that particular piece kicks in, it is truely beautiful. So if thats
what you call discrediting the artist then go fuck yourself. I think Moby
is a God, I've said it before if your memory serves you right. I know you
like Moby, and I respect you for it, we are both on this mailing list are
we not?
As for smoking weed, obviously it doesn't have the same effect for
everybody, and to alex, mate you are right, the song is beautiful sober, I
wouldn't smoke weed if I had your reaction too. For me when I smoke it,
its like my senses are heightened and I get more emotional over the little
things and when Moby comes on it just lifts me to the roof. I still have
all my senses but I just float. I love the feeling. Of course there is a
limit, I am at Varsity so I don't over do it cause I have got my whole life
in front of me. I am very responsible in my mind, and I think not even
having one puff of a normal ciggerette is proof. Not one puff in my whole
life.
I'm not saying if you haven't smoked weed and listened to Face it then you
are not as cool as me. I have to admit, I am pretty cool though, it was
merely a suggestion, and if you read it again surely you will see this.
No one is questioning anyone.
As for Moby, of course he has dabbled in the substance, you have to
experience to live. That goes for everything.
Who has the right to say that it is wrong anyway?

Hi y'all. I just want to throw my two cents in for a laugh- haha- I think.
I have discovered one point on which I think Moby is dead wrong. At the
show in Buffalo 16 Oct.99, he stated to the crowd that he doesn't rank
himself a very sexy individual. It might be just me, but I think for once
Moby is dead wrong. Hee hee. I hope this isn't too off-topic for you
purists. It's all about Moby, all right!
By the way, the show was amazing, Moby seemed to be in fine form although
he apologized to the crowd; he was apparently coming down with a cold.
When he played Thousand as the final encore, the lighting was amazing-
it looked as though his face was morphing between three different
images, and sometimes it seemed as though you could see through his
ribcage- translucent Moby! And once again, I'll never get tired of
relating incidences of Moby's kindness and genuine appreciation of his
fans. He treats us better than any other musician I've heard of, and he
should know that I for one love him all the more for it.
Thanks!

That same dj played in Buffalo the night before and we all hated it. Maybe
he should have listened to more than Bodyrock to get a clue as to what a Moby
audience would love. Although half way thru our show Moby intro'd him as a
friend from Brooklyn... so who knows whats up with that. Although the show
was absolutely amazing and full of die hard Moby fans for the most part. The
best thing was having him dive into the audience where he crowd surfed around
for a few minutes.

don't worry, you're not the only one... i totally agree with you 100%. i
initially noticed this quality when i saw him on 'politically incorrect'
which was the first time i ever saw moby in reality after being a fan for
years (i didn't have cable access back then). i just couldn't believe he was
