I had a mailing address (his home or studio...not sure which) but
it's now obsolete. also had two phone numbers from a phone interview
I did w/him about 5 years ago. however, it's been awhile. The
initial way I got hold of him was through the MOVE address you
mentioned (on the inside sleeve). Over the course of the last five
years, I've seen at least as many mailing addresses so I guess
anywhere you send it, he'll eventually get it (seems like I saw a
different address on the HYMN single too, can't quite remember).
anyone heard 'The Pork Guys'? How is it?

the electro circus is this show on radio 104 (one of the worst stations
ever) that plays electronic music. the host, dave the wave, has
connections with everyone or so he says. like 4 months ago he said he
had a copy of play, but he only played 1 song. but now he actaully
played more of it. he played shit from the new underworld like 3
months ago also.
yes, um, that Orb thing, its great to hear where familiar samples and
beats etc. are from. it was totally weird hearing the Blue Room sample
just out of nowhere, in a dub song of all places...
did moby really play in a reggae band? that would be kind of cool...
speaking of reggae, i was doing phones at WPKN for fundraising (203 384
9756 call now!!!) and Sister Del Ali, one of the hosts of the reggae
show called me and i took her pledge. kickass!
Oh yes, what does the new Orb sound like? is it like "Mickey MArs" from
UFOFF? i like that one a lot. well whatever it sounds like it must be
phat.
what does the moby synth setting sound like?

asking because Steve is selling it, and I was wondering why he's

>angelfire.com/hi/dropabeat/animalrights.html
Cheers, I've been there now. I could never understand that much of
what he says on the Album. But, I'm pretty sure that on Soft Moby sings
"I feel ill"
as opposed to
"I feel it"
You can't really tell what he's singing on AR most of the time, I just
think " I feel ill" can be screamed with more emotion. Other people
who've heard Soft off the Kerrang tape think so too.
Oh, and on Come on Baby I think he says
God...God...God...HELL!!!!!!
Or maybe I just hear that because that's how I feel.
Something a friend is sure of after hearing Face It, but I'm not sure
why..Is Face it about vivisection. I don't think so, but she's pretty
sure on this.
Oh, and, even though I'm mainly into metal, I'm sure I've got something
by KLF. Not Moby related, but people kept mailing about it in the past 2
weeks.
" All aboard, all aboard, yeah yeah, woo hoo" something like that I
think.
As well as Adidas, the BBC used James Bond theme for the Scarlett
pimpernal trailers.
Oh, and hello all you many new people, smile

Last year sometime it came out on a smoky brown colored 7". It's a
goofy punk parody thing which Moby plays drums on. It's about 5 or 6
minutes long, 4 songs, and I'd say it's a cool novelty to have if
you're a big fan. It's not something you'll listen to frequently, and
has little in the way of redeeming musical value. It is funny, though.

Tim, "Memory Gospel" is on CD #1 (CDMute218) of the UK Honey single.
If you live in the USA, you only need to wait until May 11, when it
will be released on the Honey/Run On CD maxi-single. It's almost
here...

Matej,
The only show in Europe that I know of off the top of my head is
Mayday in Dortmund, Germany. Moby will be there on April 30. Check
Fair Warning for other European Moby concert dates in the future.

Ginger,
You're welcome! The article mentioned a magazine that Michael Stipe
was taking the photos of Moby for. They should appear in there. Since
Moby did lots of interviews, I'm sure some press photos were taken to
accompany them. I hope the interviews publish sooner (UK Play release)
as opposed to later. (US Play release)

That's strange Tom, cause the stuff below are not my
quotes! I think I've been misquoted a few times before,
notably from John Turpin on the abortion issue (shit,
shouldn't have mentioned that!) and UHF (when it was my
friend and not me) or have I misquoted them - was it
someone else? Apologies if I have. What's going on, or am I
definitely losing it!?
Just thought I'd share what a brilliant night we had last
night when The Chemical Brothers, Leftfield, The Propeller
Heads, Howie B and other lesser known DJs played the new
London venue - The Scala last night! It's had 3 floors
of dance muzak and was really kicking. It was in aid of the
Kosovo refugees. I also had to go because Moby's playing
The Scala in May. He should sound brilliant there!
Ciao people,
TMB
P.S. By the way Tom, I love punk/metal/goth/industrial/
crossovers - well most types of music really (as long as it
sounds good) and AR has got to be one of my favourite Moby
albums, as I keep telling everyone.

Finally another Moby fan from LR!
At last LR compares statistically to all you fans from, say, New York or
Chicago. Meaning there's a mulitplicity of Moby fans on the list from the
same place.
Welcome Kristin. Make a little noise. The people here are not shy. Ah, if
only you were older, I'd have to show you how I've turned on one of the dj's

Moby's AR Little Idiot MP3s. You have to upload before you can download I
guess. I already have this CD but for those that can't find this CD here
is your chance to preview them. Good Luck, I have not tried it out so I
don't know if you will be able to download them, but if you can more power
to you all.
Anybody else know of any good Moby MP3 sites?
