My younger sister had this on while we were eating dinner, and I heard
Honey played, too. It was the 118 mix, I think. (not 100% sure off the
top of my head) It's the mix that opens with the same beat that the
Extended mix of Run On opens with. (on the Run On 12") It sounds like
this: doo doo ch!, doo doo ch!, etc.

Danielle,
Not sure about the GAP-Honey experience ... I was so SHOCKED & elated
that I think I freaked out the cashier by knowing who the hell the
artist was in the first place. I just paid for my sweater and left.
Maybe I'll go back and ask them about who picks the music they play.

the permanent midnight soundtrack, or was it a cd that the store gave them

just curious as to whether someone bought the single and brought it to

Then they went kareoke singing.

thanx...I don't really need to know that bad..but I just got to thinkin
about when I used to work at a mall 3 years ago..and we used to be able to
play whatever we wanted but then the company decided to use this
system..not sure exactly what..but each disc has like 200 songs or
something ridiculous on it...and you can't play your own cds...maybe
someone out there knows what I'm talking about and can explain it better.
Point being (yes there's a point), I'm wondering if someone owns the
song..or it was given to the store by the company to play..which I guess
would be kinda cool.

I would like to ask if someone knows about some summer festival or any
concert, where moby could be seen in europe ( i mean europe like not on
island, nor gibraltar). Something like the red hot chilli peppers show
in prague (i guess in 1997).
Next i wonder if there is any snail mail contact on moby himself,
because i found some address on the US version of MOVE single, and
then i found some three addresses of persons called richard hall in
new york.
Does anybody know?
Thanxalot.

I can do this thing 4 U,
I'm slovak, so czech language doesn't make any problems to me.
i'll send the translations later, i reply now just for the sudden
joy that somebody needs me. :)
p.s. i'm sorry i'm replying this late, but i have some problems with my
mail, the english version of the review is ready, i just have to refine some
idioms and that, you know, hard2translatestuff.

Hi everybody!
i'm new to this list and here are my details.
* Name
Matej Novotny (since this is a slovak name, for any problems with local
pronunciation - it`s the same as MATTHEW in english)
friends call me KOHUT (english : rooster) don`t ask why, it`s a long history.
* Age
18, male, student
* What is in your Moby collection
quite modest collection but i`m happy i have at least this:
animal rights + little idiot
i like to score
early underground
the story so far
ambient
EIW mixed remixed
+ a tape copy of EIW, i still didn`t get to obtain the CD.
+ maxis: honey, honey rmx, move, move US version, revolver, revolver rmx
* Where you first heard Moby, and how much of a fan you are
it was naturally GO (you knew the video was done by a slovak name Andrew
Rudavsky ?) and then MOVE and i was taken aback. until now, moby has become
a part of my identity and i feel him like being my very special friend, though
he doesn`t know me.
* Other artists you like
first techno & specially rave (the europe rave, not the american meaning),
artists like Members Of Mayday, Dance 2 Trance, Westbam.
then depeche mode, which i am also a big fan of.
then all kinds of ambient
but i also like hardguitarstuff + James Horner movie music, classic music etc.
* Any other interesting information you wish to share
i`m preparing my own web page dedic8ed to moby, but on a different basis than
the recent ones. i would like to addict this page to feelings people have
about moby, to their own creations like pictures, poems, songs. all in all,
this should be a very personal page for the users and i`d like them to express
theirselves.
i also have some moby stuff i haven`t seen on the web yet, so as soon
as the page will be ready, i`ll let you know.
p.s. i sometimes visit the mutelibtech.com and the moby conference there is
very silent. can anybody tell me why?
harmony and understanding to everybody.
Yours:

Nice to have someone from Slovakia.
I went to The Czech Republic 6 years ago and loved it, but
never got the chance to visit Slovakia unfortunately.
Anyway you sound like a pretty active Moby fan.
Hope you find it fruitful on here.
Cheers.
Peace and understanding,
TMB
