This is vague, and consequently this title raises too many questions, in my opinion:
1. Does it mean that this is a second volume of remixes of the song "Mobility"?
2. Does it mean the tracks are remixes of *original* Moby tracks?
3. Is it remixes of the first compilation's tracks?
4. Was there "The Mobility Remixes Volume I"?
Regarding doubt 4, this is going to be a possible concern as long as the title isn't "Thanks 2". In that case, the question "was there 'thanks 1'" is valid. So I'm not sure we can get around that ambiguity, because we do want people to know its the 2nd offering of this sort from this list.

Here's an idea of mine:
"MOBY - XMISSION Compilation 2"
notes: "XMISSION" is another way of saying "mailing list" - and while it is vague, its not vague in a confusing way like "Mobility Remixes Volume II" is. It's vague in an interesting way - it would make someone reading it wonder what was on it, and wonder what "XMISSION" is, and ask about it. Whereas, with "Mobility Remixes", they could just assume it was remixes of the song "Mobility". The word "Compilation" instantly gives the feeling that this has been "put together", that some amount of "compiling" has been done to make this. But also, one could wonder about "XMISSION Compilation 1". For this reason, we could consider adding (Thanks 2) after the title we choose, for example:
"XMISSION Compilation (Thanks 2)"
And that would clear that doubt. Of course, maybe I'm the only one here who has these concerns, maybe most people won't care about these little things, maybe they'll just pop it in, and say, "oh cool". I am quite the detail-oriented freak, and I can get annoying if provoked. Well, just my thoughts.
