I found my CD single of Damage I've Done w/ the two Moby remixes!
Showed up on the dining room table, and NOBODY knows where it went or how it
got back. Oh well I hope THEY enjoyed it. It's been two months. Jeez. Well,
now I have it on CD & vinyl.
I'm still looking for Move on vinyl, no success.
I also would like to thank whoever posted the BBMH bpm listings.
So, to review 'current' news, we have Graciosa on Senseless, a Clash
tribute, When My Honey Come Back due in June, and an undefined # of songs
(including Oil 1) on the Species II soundtrack, which, btw, is not yet in
stores.
I'd like to hear Moby write and conduct a classical piece. Strings,
brass, percussion, the whole bit. That has possibilities, yes it do.
Have a pleasant day!

"Frog" is indeed a very nice track. I am not privy to these things, but
don't think there are any plans to release it again anywhere, so you might
as well buy the compilation like I did. Some of the other tracks are kind
of interesting ambient tracks, and others are pretty awful. Moby's "Frog"
is the best.
And regarding SYRACUSE: It's official -- Moby will be playing at Syracuse
this Sunday (http://www.moby.org/archives/1998/m980408.html#9). My news
page has fallen behind, and is missing about 2 or 3 live appearances. For
this I'm sorry, but my old computer is being plagued by hard disk errors
making ordinary tasks like updating web pages difficult or even impossible.
I couldn't even start Windows for much of yesterday. I have a fix on the
way, but it may not arrive for another week or two, so until then, don't
expect moby.org to be updated much. I'll try to at least get the Mobility
archives online, so you can search through them (like for "Syracuse", for
example), but yesterday I was unable to.
Visit Damian's pages (http://www.xmission.com/~damian/moby.html). He always
seems to have the latest news available on his excellent Moby pages. At
http://www.moby.org/links.html you will find a list of links to other Moby
pages on the web. Check them out!
OBTW, regarding yesterday's "Moby's phone number" series of posts, I hope
that if somebody actually finds out Moby's phone number that it will not be
posted in this feeding frenzy sort of manner. But maybe I'm wrong and he
actually would like to be bombarded by calls to his apartment. I doubt
that most of us would like our phone numbers published like that, though.

hi all,
all that stuff yesterday about having moby's 'digits' kinda got me sick.
i mean, even if it was moby-what would you have said? he's just like
everyone else-he has a talent. we all have talents. i bet moby can't dance
like a spicegirl. or maybe...hey i liked spiceworld, too! saw it four
times. too much information :)
i find it to be very anti-climatic to be face to face with an
idol/icon.....yeah, my cup is half full on that one. do what you want/need
to do, but in my life, i've learnt to leave the celebrity alone. they need
privacy just like anyone else.
just ask princess diana.
okay now i am getting sappy-but hey, it's the end of my
night-shift-week-from-hell, i'm insane from exhaustion.
clay, you always make my day.
what number Dan am i?
one last thing, anyone thinking about checking out this year's Lilith Fair?
because i'll be doing the merch tent for Nettwerk for the whole tour...all
across North America-come on by and say hi. no electronic sounds on the
line-up, but i just heard this re-mix of an old sarah mclachlan track
'black' which was remixed by william orbit to be on the upcoming x-files
soundtrack. digging it.
also digging the new massive attack. i call it goth-hop.
i came across two moby 12" - bring back my happiness (finally- i dig the
single) and everytime you touch me. both promos, both elektra. i hid them
because i was low on the $. came back a few days later. and of course they
weren't there.
the search continues...

uhh....feeding frenzy?
i think some goof posted the number said he was moby and it took a few
posts to decide who (one person)
was gonna call to verify>>>>>>
if it was moby giving out his number saying call me (i'm lonely)
and not one person called from mobility
WOULDN'T THAT BE A SHAME?!!!!!
it'd be kinda weird if you ask me.
and look at you frenzyin to find out if he's really at syracuse when
