  22. I am sorry i am leaving the list, as my DR350SP 96, has been writen-off.
  23. After a lady pulled out into the side of me. The bike took it well and I
  24. still could ride it after the crash, but it had twisted the frame and the
  25. insurance company wrote it off. But I do hope to repair it at a later date
  26. (when I get some spare cash).

  42. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the Happiest of
  43. Holidays from the Suzuki Owners Club of the USA.  May your Christmas be
  44. merry, and your rides be happy through out the new year.

  46. We lost someone to breast cancer this past week, and I'd like to offer
  47. our sincerest thanks for the time that we had with Mari.  The coming
  48. months will see us do whatever we can to remember Mari and to aid
  49. research to prevent more folks from the same pain and suffering.
  50.

  71. Mari Hall was a member of two Suzuki motorcyclist mailing lists, the
  72. <Suzuki-L@MCF.COM> and the <Suzuki-Bikes@Lomond.Pro-Libertate.com>, who
  73. was always able to provide accolades and witty stories of her own. 
  74. Never once did we hear a whimper out of her, so the news of her passing
  75. was quite a shock to us.
  76.  
  77. We have a surrogate family on these lists, and I'm sure that the rest of
  78. you have your own.
  79.  
  80. Mari remarked some time back that "We will be a family no matter what!". 
  81.  
  82. I think that we can all agree with this, and at times like these the
  83. point is proven.  Most of us only know each other by our handles, and
  84. the things we write over the internet - electronic pen-pals, after a
  85. fashion.  Does that make the connection between us nonsensical?  I don't
  86. think so.  The idea for the SOC-USA came out of the connections shared
  87. in the Suzuki-L list, and it is now much more than an idea.  We are a
  88. virtual community.  Rallies and events provide a place to make the bonds
  89. stronger.  
  90.  
  91. The two lists mentioned above service the community of Suzuki
  92. motorcyclists, and welcome any of you to join us.  The SOC-USA is
  93. operated under the same auspices, no prejudices are allowed.  It doesn't
  94. matter what you ride, so long as you DO.
  95.
