Jesse:
The Castrol synthetic is a 5w40 oil; the stuff will flow almost like water
when cold but protect with the same stregnth as a 40wt when hot. The factory
recommendation is for a 10w40. Synthetics can be chemically engineered to
provide this wide range of oil weight. The advantage of the low 5w viscosity
is it's ability to flow quickly and lube the upper valve and camshaft areas.

How many km can a DR350SE last without having to repair anything of the
engine? Is possible 75-100.000 km (25 %off road-75 on road) (I use it with
calm :) )
