  7. I was surprised to find the Brisbane based band  Walisuma playing
  8. at our local agricultural show.  Well one thing lead to another so
  9. I showed of my PVC quena and sikus.  They seemed really
  10. surprised by the quality of my instruments and I was too.
  11. They were especially impressed by the base notes of my malta
  12. which is made from =BD inch electrical conduit.
  13. ( the high end is another story of course )

  15. I have always had difficulty getting much response from these
  16. narrow base pipes.  I thought this was simply because they
  17. were too narrow.

  19. Walisuma however were able to easily obtain a very strong
  20. resonant base.  I assume my embouchure technique must not
  21. be quite right.

  23. Unfortunately neither of us had enough time to explore this.

  25. Can someone please give a detailed description of the correct
  26. embouchure?
