  11. They plan to divert drug money for
  12. terrorist activities, while laying
  13. the blame for a major drug deal on

  20. revolutionary council.

  23. drug-laden planes to fly through
  24. their air space and drop water-
  25. tight, floating containers. A well
  26. terrorist, Rafiz Afahet was inter-
  27. cepted with $7 million in cash to
  28. pay them, from a Swiss bank. 
  29. INTER-POL has induced him to work
  30. with us.
  31. He will rendezvous with Manuel
  32. Camaguey, as planned, somewhere
  33. off the coast of South Florida, to
  34. exchange the money. GoFast boats
  35. will probably make the pick-ups.

  57. if it should land.

  59. Tip that two planes will make
  60. drops north of Key West. You 
  61. will be assisted by one other
  62. vessel patrolling north of Key 
  63. West. Listen for sightings of
  64. planes and gofast boats. You
