  3. in the Drug-world as Drac, his
  4. adopted daughter. She runs a ring
  5. of Prostitutes from large Yachts
  6. in the Carribean, specializing in
  7. wealthy and influential patrons.
  8. When daddy's away, she also runs
  9. the drug operation to supplement
  10. her normal activities.
  11. Beautiful, brilliant and deadly, 
  12. she is a formidible foe who should
  13. not be underestimated. In the 70s
  14. she free-lanced for the CIA while
  15. selling secrets to the Soviets in
  16. southeast Asia. She was combat
  17. trained in Israeli Masad methods,
  18. and has political contacts from
  19. Saigon to D.C. She has something
  20. on almost everyone who counts.
  21. Intelligence says she's providing
  22. critical information to smugglers
  23. for a price, and has compromised
  24. many of our contacts and some of
  25. our personnel. With Kingpin out
  26. of the way, Intelligence believes 
  27. Drac is running a shipment of Coke 
  28. into the U.S. for her wealthy
  29. clients. She will no doubt provide
  30. the best, purist cocaine available.
  31. If we capture her, we will have a
  32. major impact on the underworld's
  33. information channels. Our plans
  34. have been set up in total
  35. secrecy to avoid leaks. We'll
  36. put pressure on her Prostitution
  37. and extortion activities, then 
  38. bust the drug runs and stop the
  39. Coke shipments, and capture Drac
  40. in the process.

  69. heading toward Fowey Rock.

  71. for a bash with crime figures
  72. and government officials. Trap

  75. the vessels, but avoid gunplay.
