  1. The Brazil Connection is run by
  2. El Serrito and is supported by his 
  3. American contact Mr.Jones.  This
  4. operation moves large amounts of
  5. marijuana into the East Coast of 
  6. Florida. Mr.Jones organizes 2 to 4
  7. shipments per month of 30,000 to
  8. 60,000 pounds each. While easy to
  9. detect, these busts must proceed
  10. with extreme caution! 
  11. The primary method of transporting
  12. large quantities of marijuana is
  13. by tramp freighters that pick-up
  14. on remote South American beaches.
  15. Once within 50-100 miles of the
  16. Florida coast, they offload their
  17. cargo onto smaller fishing vessels. 
  18. Intelligence reports that they may
  19. use LAWS rockets on the freighters
  20. to protect their shipments!
  21. The best method is to intercept
  22. the freighter before transfers to
  23. smaller vessels. We will depend
  24. on the Coast Guard for frieghter
  25. intercept, but if we are to crack
  26. this ring, we must assist to 
  27. capture the smaller vessels and
  28. the ringleaders red-handed ! We
  29. must follow and close in at the 
  30. meeting point.
  31. Because of the heavily-armed
  32. vessels, these missions must be 
  33. approached differently than
  34. standard busts.  We must surprise
  35. them and act fast. Hesitation may
  36. be fatal. Air and sea support are
  37. on stand by, but be sure not 
  38. to call them in too soon or
  39. too late.

  50. A suspected marijuana bearing 
  51. freighter is heading toward the
  52. Florida Straits. Reconnaisance
  53. shows possible missile launchers
  54. on board. We assume this large
  55. shipment will meet many small
  56. pickup vessels. Your job is to
  57. intercept these smaller vessels.
  58. Key Largo,Reefs,East of Coast,Key Largo
  59. El Serrito has a freighter fifty
  60. miles southeast off Key Largo. 
  61. Mr. Jones is sending a number of
  62. pickup boats. Another patrol 
  63. boat will assist you« You≥ job's
  64. t∩ intercept the pickup boats
  65. before they meet. The Coast
  66. Guard will get the frieghter.
  67. Miami Harbor,Fowey Rocks,Hawke Channel,Key Largo
  68. El Serrito plans a run with a
  69. new twist...a DECOY frieghter!
  70. There's a possibility the REAL 
  71. freighter may come a different
  72. direction...possibly from the
  73. north. Your assignment is to 
  74. intercept one of the frieghters
  75. to find out which is the decoy.

  77. One of Mr. Jones pickup boats
  78. was seen heading due south from
  79. Fowey Rocks. It may be on a run.
  80. Follow and intercept if an
  81. exchange is made, otherwise let
  82. it alone. Intelligence will
  83. keep you posted on sightings of
  84. suspected meeting boats.
