  1. The Cocaine Cowboy has worked with
  2. various Columbian groups for four
  3. years. He is a slick, independent
  4. operator, that trusts no one. We
  5. know that he deals directly with
  6. the drug Czars. His meetings take
  7. place mostly in the Bahamas. Up to
  8. now we have been unable to track
  9. his method of shipment.
  10.  
  11. However, his favorite hobby is boat
  12. racing and intelligence may have
  13. uncovered his secret to avoiding
  14. intercepts so long. The Cowboy uses
  15. sophisticated electronic gadetry
  16. to monitor DEA, Coast Guard and
  17. military channels. He uses this
  18. information to warn the smugglers'
  19. vessels through an intricate
  20. communications network.
  21. Latest information indicates the
  22. Cowboy has several major shipments 
  23. arriving in the Southern Keys in
  24. the next few weeks.  Surveillance
  25. blimp `Fat Albert' will monitor
  26. all ship and air traffic in the
  27. area and broadcast on a new code
  28. card to be changed every day. Any
  29. suspicious vessels should be
  30. intercepted and boarded.
  31. For these operations we'll keep
  32. radio silence at all times, so we
  33. will go undetected. Once a mission
  34. begins, there will be no radio 
  35. communication with HQ or other
  36. vessels unless an intercept is
  37. imminent, or a major problem 
  38. occurs. Use new laser semaphores
  39. for visual communications with
  40. other service vessels.

  51. high speed boats from Bahamas
  52. on parallel courses toward the
  53. mainland. Your patrol assignment
  54. is to find and intercept these
  55. boats. Approach with caution,
  56. it is probable they are drug
  57. runners.

  59. Intelligence reports that the 
  60. Cocaine Cowboy will be making a 
  61. large shipment from the Bahamas.
  62. Their destination is unknown 
  63. but expect at least two vessels.
  64. Your assignment is to intercept
  65. as soon as possible.

  69. American outfit. The Cowboy has 
  70. agreed to rendezvous with the

  74. assignment is to intercept and
  75. capture the Cowboy.

  78. hampered by a security leak 
  79. that revealed patrol courses to
  80. the Cowboy. You are the only
  81. uncharted patrol vessel. Your 
  82. assignment is to intercept the
  83. Cowboy in areas not covered by
