  1. The man known as `KINGPIN' is a 
  2. German expatriot in Bolivia named
  3. Hans Gueter. His notorious career
  4. has him involved in smuggling
  5. operations worldwide, including
  6. Black Market dealings after WWII,
  7. and arms deals in the Mid East and
  8. other places. He has never felt the
  9. hand of justice, and has faded into
  10. a shadowy world dominated by drugs.
  11. His Caribbean operations are quite
  12. successful, and major efforts in
  13. both North and South America have
  14. not impacted his distribution much.
  15. Most of his operations are marked 
  16. by a military style, and usually
  17. his fast, custom built, and heavily
  18. armed boats and operators are sent
  19. out with `do or die' orders, in 
  20. multiple boat operations.
  21. KINGPIN's organization is tightly
  22. controlled, so getting `inside
  23. information' is hard. Luckily, a
  24. major distributor (Mr. X) recently
  25. turned informant when Columbian
  26. competitors killed his only son in
  27. an attack on his home. Mr. X is now 
  28. hiding, but believes that KINGPIN
  29. has a major operation coming down
  30. over the July 4th Holiday.
  31. This may involve sea-planes and 
  32. fast boats meeting vehicles along
  33. the Keys. Usual night operations
  34. may be switched to day, for cover
  35. from Holiday crowds on the highway, 
  36. beach and ocean. Take care to avoid
  37. bystander injuries. We must select
  38. carefully, and assure overwhelming
  39. firepower on each intercept. We
  40. don't want to fight...just WIN !

  50. Informers report a major drug 
  51. run coming in above Key Largo.
  52. The area is heavily patrolled,
  53. however, drop points are not 
  54. known and there is a lot of 
  55. bystander traffic. Your job's
  56. to work with other patrols,
  57. inspecting incoming boats.

  59. Kingpin's force of planes and
  60. boats will meet near Fowey Rock.
  61. Two patrols are dispatched to
  62. intercept the pickup boats. Your
  63. assignment is to track planes 
  64. and boats and intercept any
  65. smugglers that slip past
  66. the patrols. 
  67. KEY WEST,GULF OF MEXICO,CAPE SABLE,
  68. Three planes from Columbia will
  69. make drops near islands in the
  70. Keys. Two GoFast pickup boats
  71. from Cape Sable will meet them.
  72. We don't know where the third
  73. is based. Your assignment is to
  74. intercept the boats after the 
  75. pickup. Good Luck!
