INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 ea Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Raisins
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Mix together and pour in an unbaked pie crust. This filling appears to
be very thin, but in baking it quickly thickens.
Note: No time or temperature given. Bake as for custard, starting at
450 F. for 10 minutes, the lower temperature to 325 F. until done.
