  13.        2        cup   Best New Orleans sugar                            
  14.        1/2      cup   Horehound tea - STRONG                            
  15.        1/2      tsp   Cream of tartar

  17.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  19.     Boil until crisp in cold water. Pour into buttered plates and when    
  20.     almost cold cut in squares. If white or light brown sugar is used,    
  21.     recipe makes a very good candy and not so strong.
