Problem with drive nn: Invalid disk redirection table...entry out of range

Occurs on: SFT II and TTS.

Meaning: This indicates that while the file server was booting
it found an entry in the disk redirection table that
was for a sector number higher than exists on physical
drive number nn. This is not a fatal error; however,
the server will not be able to use the drive until the
                  problem has been corrected.

Cause: The disk redirection table has become corrupted,
probably because it has been overwritten with invalid
                information

Solution: Run PREPARE and re-setup Hot Fix on the drive.
