Problem with drive nn: Invalid disk redirection table...duplicate entry.

        Occurs on: SFT II, TTS.

Meaning: This indicates that while the file server was booting
it found a duplicate entry in the redirection table of
physical drive number nn. This is not a fatal error.
However the server will not be able to use the drive
until the problem has been corrected.

Cause: The disk redirection table has become corrupted,
probably because it has been overwritten with invalid
                information.

Solution: Run PREPARE and reset up Hot Fix on the drive.
