The above description should have given the reader some understanding of the type of reuse currently being performed within Andersen Consultingâ•’s Utilities Industry Group. This section will summarize the recommendations of our working group. The basic thrust of the recommendations was toward incremental improvements on what was already in place. We did not address dramatic changes. The recommendations are organized according to the following categories: deliverables, processes, tools, and people.
