SERVICE--SERVICE--SERVICE--SERVICE

I like many other Americans enjoy McDonald's and will for as long as it exists. But being popular does not mean it's loyal customers must be subjected to below average service. I'm particularly concerned with the McDonald's located at 1050 South Main Street, Fallbrook, CA. Since moving to Fallbrook three years ago, below is a few things that I have experienced from the service being provided....

1. Most of the employees have a difficult time with English since most are of hispanic decent and usually get your order wrong. It's no fun to drive all the way home to find out you didn't receive what you ordered and paid for. As a matter of fact, just this morning I got an order which I asked for 2 Sausage Biscuits with Egg and Cheese and when I got home all I had was 2 plain biscuits in cheeseburger wrappers. Please don't tell me it's my duty to check the order at a drive thru when as a customer I expect to have what I requested, especially when the order was repeated back to me. Females are wearing their hair down which is a health problem.

2. Running out of food and materials in the mid day.

3. At times when the place is busy, there' s not a clean table to dine at.

4. At times they don't open on time at the scheduled operating time.

5. At times the food is not prepared in accordance with McDonald's standards but just put together to fill the orders.

I don't wish this to be an attack upon McDonald's but rather to alert you of the service they are providing and that the company will make an effort to help them clean up their act and provide McDonald's with the proper representation it deserves.
