YOU ARE SO RIGHT! YOU SHOULD (if you really want satisfaction) ASK FOR THE STORE ID# (THEY CANNOT REFUSE YOU THAT INFO) TELL THEM YOU ALSO WANT THE CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND CALL THEM WITH YOUR COMPLAINT. DO NOT TAKE ANY STUFF OFF OF THEM. MCDONALDS STANDARDS ARE VERY HIGH AND WHEN THEY TREAT YOU THAT WAY THE MCDONALDS PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. JUST CLIMB THE LADDER ALL THE WAY TO AREA SUPERVISOR TO GET RESULTS. THAT IS WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR, AND THEY DO GET PAID WITH THE MONEY YOU HAND THE EMPLOYEE WHO STUFFS IT INTO THE CASHREGISTER!
