Whatever happened to good fast food service? We (my granddaughter and I)have been going to McDonalds in Lewisburg, Tenn. on Wed. after school for about 4 weeks now, and stand for 15-30 minutes before anyone acknowledges our presence and takes our order. Frequently, we have been the only ones in the store.
Two weeks ago I witnessed rudeness to an elderly gentlemman who questioned the charge on his order. I looked all over the store for one of those cards that used to be available for customers to comment on the service, but never found one! Has McDonalds gotten so big they no longer care what the customer says?
Today it took 30 minutes from the time we walked in till we got our order. Next week we're going to Dairy Queen! Does anyone care?
