Am I upset? More tales of managers

My daughter recently was fired by a manager from McDonald's simply because she informed the wrong supervisor she was leaving at her designated time. All the managers but one (the one that fired her) liked her and she always worked additional hours when asked. This manager had it out for her every since she has been there. My daughter had been there longer than the manager had.

This manager also screamed at my daughter when the store was crowded and told her she was stupid. Customers were very upset with manager. Manager also tried to stop my daughter from getting her vacation pay. Yes, this manager got what she wanted, she wanted my daughter out and used a lame excuse. Am I upset? Very much so.
