  16. The following is a history of the various release versions of 
  17. Paper Route Ledger.
  18.  
  19. Version 1.46a - 12/04/94
  20.  
  21.   - This release includes the missing COLLECT.FRM file, which is necessary
  22.     for printing the collections lists.
  23.  
  24.   - No actual program changes
  25.  
  26.  
  27. Version 1.46 - 11/28/94
  28.  
  29.   - Added the ability to back-date a new collections list. This gives 
  30.     the user the ability to go back and start over if mistakes are 
  31.     made, or if new customers are added. When new collections lists 
  32.     are made with an older date than the previous one, all existing 
  33.     customers will be returned to "Not Paid" status, and the Business 
  34.     History records for the appropriate weeks will be deleted.

  36.   - Incorporated the option to use either LPT1 or LPT2 for printed
  37.     output. This is set via the Utilities menu option.
  38.  
  39.   - Corrected a bug which effected multiple customers using the same 
  40.     street address.

  42.   - Added a "Accept/Retry/Canel" option following each Collection 
  43.     Screen update.

  45.   - Changed the default sort order of the Business History to 
  46.     decending rather than ascending.

  49. Version 1.40 - 04/25/94 (see ADDENDUM.TXT for additions to the manual)
  50.  
  51.   -  Corrected a problem that occurred when some users tried to 
  52.      create or edit a new 'collection' list.  This happened only 
  53.      when certain configurations conflicted with the program.
  54.  
  55.   -  Added a screen and option at the beginning of the program, 
  56.      which allows the user to select collections based on 'Weekly' 
  57.      or 'Monthly' schedules.  This option will only appear the 
  58.      first time the user loads the program, but can be changed 
  59.      later by pressing the [F5] HotKey.
  60.  
  61.   -  Added a feature to allow the user to type in the number of 
  62.      weeks (or months) to be collected.  The program will maintain 
  63.      the last week collected and automatically suggest the next 
  64.      'week ending' date.  It will also calculate the amount of money 
  65.      to be collected, depending on the number of weeks (or months) 
  66.      in the collection period.
