- Each *application* has preferences associated with it. If Marathon's
- preferences say "use 1 bit per pixel", Executor will switch to 1 bpp
- every time you run Marathon, regardless of what bpp was being used
- before you ran it. That's why saving the 256 color setting after
- Marathon is already up is a good idea; that will assure that it starts
- out in 8bpp from the beginning. I hope this helps. Good luck!
