  14.         Sorry about the student rate comment...
  15.  
  16.         I've found that i can get floppies to more often work than not if i
  17. format them using the dos version of MactoDos, but it still doesm't always work.
  18.  
  19.         Write Now 4.0, a very small bu rather full-featured word processor
  20. for the Mac runs under Executor/DOS 1.99b execept for a few things:
  21.                
  22.         Can't be started first, must run something then run Write Now
  23.                 
  24.         Mouse dissappears when you begin typing, then reappears when a
  25. dialouge         box is used, then doesn't dissappear anymore.

  27.         Making text a different color works, but changing the color of a table
  28.         frezzes Executor and requires a reset :(
  29.  
  30.         Other than that it seems to run fine and is an acceptable
  31. alternative to MS Word.  Especially if you do not need a very heavy duty WP.
  32.  
  33.         Speedometer 4.0 works but returns massivly incorrect benchmarks.

  35.         My setup is a 486sx33, 6MB RAM:  i run with the following switches
  36.  
  37.                 -nosplash -applzone 3072 -macbpp 8 -realbpp 8

  39.         Hope this helps, i'll be trying out more software soon, just need
  40. that floppy to be reliable...
